With over two decades of hands-on experience in the built environment, Mick Jackson is a registered Building Surveyor operating across Victoria and Western Australia. Holding a BS-U 100312 registration in Victoria (Class 2–9, up to 2,000 m²) and BSP3198 BPC in Western Australia, Mick brings a rare combination of technical depth, regulatory authority, and real-world construction knowledge to every project he undertakes.
Mick's career in surveying is built on a strong practical foundation — he ran his own plastering business across greater Melbourne for over a decade, working on landmark developments including Eureka Tower and Federation Square. That ground-level experience informs every assessment, inspection, and enforcement action he takes today.
Since completing his Advanced Diploma of Building Surveying at Holmesglen in 2017, Mick has worked with respected firms including McKenzie Group, BSGM, and Grimbos Building Surveyors. His work spans large-scale commercial and multi-storey residential projects — from Class 1a dwellings through to Class 9b educational and assembly buildings — handling everything from permit assessments and mandatory inspections through to occupancy permits, essential safety measures, and VBA enforcement proceedings.
